Social Sparx Cooperative was born out of a simple problem in Jacksonville’s growing EDM and nightlife scene: there were plenty of talented DJs, venues, and creatives, but no one stitching everything together with real structure, merch, and impact. What started as a few friends helping curate lineups and pop-up parties quickly evolved into a cooperative built to resource entire event ecosystems, not just one-off shows.
As the team kept working with beach venues, rooftops, and creative collectives, they saw the same opportunity over and over again: use live events to connect culture, real estate, and nonprofits in a way that actually benefits the city. That mindset led to collaborations like Soundwalk Roots: Winter Carnival Project, a fashion-driven showcase at Jacksonville Beach that ties together investors, designers, and community organizations under one roof.
